AT Mortgage Calculator, product of Afanche Technologies, Inc. is a handy tool to calculate monthly mortgage payment based on loan amount, interest rate and loan term.
It has two modes, one is Easy mode, one is Expert mode. In the Easy mode, user can choose loan amount, interest rate and loan term from the options, the monthly payment is calculated automatically based on the users selections. In the Easy mode, there is no typing involved, therefore, it is very easy to use.
In the Expert mode, user can type in any number as the input for loan amount, interest rate and loan term. The App would calculate the monthly payment based on the inputs.
By default, the currency is $, it can be modified to other currency.
